Delivery Information

Order Cut-Off Times:

• Orders placed before 1:30 PM on the business day prior to your delivery day will be scheduled for delivery the following day.
• Orders placed after 1:30 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

Delivery Schedule by Area:

• Courier Delivery (Nationwide):
• We offer door-to-door courier delivery across South Africa.
• Estimated delivery time: 1–5 working days
• Courier fees apply and are calculated based on distance and order volume.

Collection Information

For Order Collection:

• Orders placed before 9:00 AM will be ready for collection after 2:00 PM on the same day.
• Orders placed by 4:00 PM will be ready for collection after 12:00 PM the next business day.

You will be able to choose delivery or collection during the checkout process.

Please Note:
Some items may be stored across different warehouses. This could impact delivery times. If applicable, our sales team will reach out to inform you.

Returns Policy

To return a product, please have your invoice number ready and ensure the item meets the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Returns within 30 days: No handling fee.
• Returns between 30 to 90 days: 10% handling fee will apply.
• Returns after 90 days: Not accepted.

Damaged Stock:
Please report any damaged items to Lime Light Hands Down within 48 hours of receiving your order.
